Terms of use

By joining Summer2014 for the first time, you agree to abide by all established rules, as well as consent to the collection and storage of personal data, including IP addresses and user passwords, for security purposes. Access to this data is exclusively available to the project Administration, and we do not disclose it to third parties.

General provisions

Cases of repeated violations are considered separately, and the degree of punishment may be significantly higher than that specified in the rules below
The administration reserves the right to modify the degree of punishment, taking into account the particularities of the situation

Account

1.1 One player may have no more than two accounts

In case of violation, new accounts will be blocked
1.2 Players are prohibited from transferring their account to other players for use

In case of violation, the account will be temporarily blocked pending investigation

Punishments apply to all of the player's accounts

To reset the password, users must contact the Administration

Communication

2.1 Statements of offensive nature in the game chat/discord/voice chat, which may in any way offend members of the project

Warn/Mute: 30m–3d
2.2 Posting 18+ materials in the game chat/discord

Mute: 1d–7d
2.3 Swearing excessively in the game chat/discord

Warn/Mute: 5m–30m
2.4 Spam, flooding, all caps, and advertising in the game chat/discord

Warn/Mute: 5m–12h

Grief

3.1 Griefing public locations

Ban: 7d–permanent
3.2 Griefing players' personal territories

Ban: 3d–permanent
3.3 Killing mobs

Ban: 3d–permanent

Illegal

4.1 Killing players without reason and/or without their consent

Warn/Ban: 30m–3d
4.2 Player harassment

Warn/Ban: 5m–1h
4.3 Restricting access to resources and/or territories of other players or creating traps

Ban: 3h–7d
4.4 Violation of rules established by a player on their own territory

Warn/Ban: 30m–1d
4.5 Stealing resources by any means

Ban: 3h–30d

Players are allowed to attempt to prevent rule violations on their own or public territory in the absence of Administration

Players to whom you have granted access to your resources cannot be punished for theft. In such cases, the Administration can only assist in resolving the conflict

Game world

5.1 Violation of rules governing the use of public locations

Warn/Ban: 1h–12h
5.2 Building within a zone closer than 10 chunks to existing structures without approval from the owner

Dismantling or relocating a structure
5.3 Constructing large-scale farms within a zone closer than 20 chunks to existing structures without approval from the owner

Dismantling or relocating a structure
5.4 Placing your base within the chunk loading zone of large-scale farms, and vice versa

Dismantling or relocating a structure
5.5 Creating lag machines

Warn/Ban: 3d–permanent
5.6 Violation of the aesthetics of the game world by senseless or chaotic constructions (pillars, lavacasts), use of dynamite, etc.

Ban: 3d–permanent

It is also not advisable to gather an unreasonably large number of mobs in one place

Farms

6.1 Building public farms without prior approval from the Administration

Warn and setting up protection for the farm
6.2 Constructing excessively large farms and/or farms that excessively affect server performance

Partial or complete removal of the construction
6.3 Using farms during periods of server performance degradation and the presence of other players on the server

Kick

Other

Such actions are prohibited and punishable by permanent blocking of all accounts:

Attempts to hack accounts
Attempts to access data and/or features intentionally hidden from players
Using third-party software to hack, bypass established mechanics, and/or give players a significant advantage over others
Utilizing any bugs/dupes/vulnerabilities

An exception may be the process of breaking bedrock on the roof of the Nether, only after approval from the Administration

If a player discovers a vulnerability, they must report it to the Administration
